Great day camp with experienced clinicians: Joey Dance, Darryl Burley, and Solomon Fleckman. Youth (K-5) sessions in the mornings will concentrate on body awareness, tumbling and FUNdamentals of wrestling. Middle and High School wrestlers will workout in the afternoons and will focus on hand fighting, as well as high percentage strategies on top and bottom. See flyer attached.
