Glenn HS is adding Girls division to their annual tournament. Still have some openings for all 3 divisions.

Friday, January 13th (JV & Girls ONLY) & Saturday, January 14th, 2023 (Varsity), at Glenn High School

Format:
 Varsity and JV tournaments to run simultaneously in two gyms. JVs & Girls will check-in/weigh-in and start wrestling on Friday evening. They will resume their tournament starting at 12:00 noon on Saturday. JV/GIRLS WEIGHINS WILL START AT 4:30 ON FRIDAY JAN 13th
 We will use standard double elimination format this year due to match counts.
 Varsity: medals to top four in each weight; MOW trophy; trophies to top two teams.
 Girls: medals to top three in each weight; MOW trophy; to the top team.
 JV: medals to top three in each weight;
 We will separate wrestlers by seeds. No seeding in JV tournament.

Varsity Schedule:
 Weigh-ins will begin promptly at 7:30 am; all teams need to be present!
 Scratch meeting at 8:45 in hospitality room
 Wrestling begins at 9:00 am- Opening Varsity rounds on 4 mats, championship semifinals, Consi-semis and medal matches on two mats in main gym. All awards given out at the conclusion of the event!

Entry info:
 Coaches, please confirm that you are entering both a Varsity and a JV team, or just a Varsity team as soon as possible. You can confirm by email.
 Entry fee is $175 for varsity tournament; $250 if entering both a JV & varsity teams in each tournament. For All 3 Divisions it will be $300. For JV or Girls only the entry fee is $150.
 Entries are due on Thursday, January 13th by 3 pm. These entries can be emailed to: jmccormi@wsfcs.k12.nc.us . The tournament will be run on Trackwrestling. Also include current season record (15 match minimum), along with past regional and state placements for varsity entries. JV�s will simply be separated by school with no seeding. WE WILL SEND OUT REGISTRATION INFO AS WE GET CLOSER TO TOURNAMENT TIME

 There is a Sleep Inn, A Holiday Inn Express, and a brand new Hampton in all less then 3 miles from the school.

Admission:
 $10 for an all tournament pass
