If anyone is interested in attending a practice scrimmage at East Mecklenburg High School on November 10 let me know. We will wrestle only from 12-2. We will do 2 full rotations separating beginning wrestlers and experienced wrestlers. I've done this for many years and hope to get a couple teams to come get in a good workout.
